Lets you initialize an IFC-BIM model of a building or a bridge, and add parameters such as the material of elements or the site of the project. In addition, opens an existing IFC-BIM model for editing.

propertySet.png	PropertySet	Create an IfcPropertySet or IfcMaterialPropertiesSets and assign it to existing entities
